This Estate Intention Letter is to be used for wills, trusts, IRA retirement plans, life insurance, and other long-term benefit contributions for the Steel City Men's Chorus Annual Fund and Endowment. As with any decision involving your assets, we urge you to seek the advice of your professional counsel when considering a legacy estate gift to Steel City Men's Chorus.

Dear Steel City Men's Chorus,

It is my/our pleasure to inform you that I/we have named Steel City Men's Chorus as a beneficiary of an estate gift.

Understanding that my/our gift intention is completely revocable, I/we will inform you should I/we change our intent toward Steel City Men's Chorus or should the dollar value of my/our estate's potential donation significantly increase or decrease. I/We hope that our charitable intent will inspire others to contribute to Steel City Men's Chorus.

I understand that Steel City Men's Chorus is not currently accepting encumbered or restricted gifts at this time beyond the choices given above; however, my/our gift and/or the proceeds from it will be used for furthering artistic excellence, commissioning new artistic works, travel and/or touring expenses, and other ordinary business expenses as may be deemed appropriate by the Steel City Men's Chorus board of directors over time. If Steel City Men's Chorus should cease operations or should the corporation dissolve for any reason, any funds remaining following the discharge of all corporate debts will be distributed to another organization with a similar mission of promoting queer arts and supporting education regarding the LGBTQ+ community in the south.
