This Estate Intention Letter is to be used for wills, trusts, IRA retirement plans, life insurance, and other long-term benefit contributions to the Steel City Men's Chorus Annual Fund or Endowment.

It is my/our pleasure to inform you that I/we have named Steel City Men's Chorus as a beneficiary of an estate gift.

Understanding that my/our gift intention is completely revocable, I/we will inform you should I/we change our intent toward Steel City Men's Chorus or should the dollar value of my/our estates potential donation significantly increase or decrease. I/We hope that our charitable intent will inspire other to contribute to Steel City Men's Chorus.
